Supply Chain Code of Conduct

Basic Principles

To establish a transparent and sustainable supply chain, the Company has enacted this Supply Chain Code of Conduct for its suppliers. All suppliers of FLUTEK are expected to practice ethical management, respect human rights, and fulfill their environmental and social responsibilities. The Company shall monitor and support its suppliers to ensure compliance with these standards and encourage continuous improvement.

Ethics and Compliance

Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption : All forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, embezzlement, and improper financial gain are strictly prohibited.

Fair Competition : Suppliers shall comply with applicable competition laws and shall not engage in anti-competitive practices, including unfair trade practices or abuse of a dominant position.

Conflict of Interest : Suppliers shall avoid any conflict of interest that may compromise impartial business judgment.

Protection of Information : Suppliers shall protect confidential information, including customer information, business information, and intellectual property, and ensure proper data security management.

Human Rights and Labor

Prohibition of Forced Labor : All forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor are strictly prohibited. Employment must be voluntary, and workers shall not be subject to unreasonable restrictions on movement.

Prohibition of Child Labor : Child labor is strictly prohibited. Suppliers shall comply with all applicable minimum working age laws and regulations.

Non-Discrimination : Suppliers shall not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, nationality, religion, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, or any other legally protected status.

Fair Wages and Working Hours : Suppliers shall comply with applicable laws regarding wages, benefits, and working hours, including overtime compensation.

Freedom of Association : Suppliers shall respect workers' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with applicable laws.

Health and Safety

Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations.

Accident Prevention and Emergency Preparedness : Suppliers shall establish and maintain procedures to prevent workplace accidents and respond effectively to emergencies.

Hazard Management : Suppliers shall identify, assess, and control workplace hazards to minimize risks to employees.

Health Management : Suppliers shall provide appropriate protective equipment and conduct regular health and safety training and inspections.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers shall comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Environmental Management : Suppliers shall manage air emissions, wastewater, waste, and hazardous substances in accordance with legal requirements.

Sustainable Resource Use : Suppliers shall strive to improve resource efficiency, including energy and water use, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Reduction of Environmental Impact : Suppliers shall make continuous efforts to minimize environmental impact through responsible production and operational practices.

Monitoring and Corrective Actions

The Company may conduct regular or ad hoc assessments and on-site audits to verify compliance with this Code.

  • If non-compliance is identified, suppliers may be required to establish and implement corrective action plans within a specified timeframe.
  • Failure to implement corrective actions or repeated violations may result in restrictions or termination of the business relationship.
